Orders for minimum plant value of £15.00, to be sent to the address above. An acknowledgement will be sent on receipt of mailed orders. 

Postage 
Please add £3 for orders to plant value of £30, and 10% of plant values to £75, including Bargain Corners. All orders over £75 are post free. For an extra £2.50 on all orders, the plants can be sent by Special Delivery, which guarantees a next day service. Please note that because of the lateness of despatch, orders for spurias are a separate order from bearded and Siberian varieties, and postage should be calculated accordingly. 

Payment 
With order, may be made by postal order or cheque (made payable to The Iris Garden), or by credit, or debit card - please supply the appropriate information on the order form.

Substitutions 
Should any variety be sold out, the closest alternative to an equal or greater value will be sent unless advised to the contrary. In the event of no suitable substitutions being available, a refund will be sent at the end of the shipping season. 

Despatch 
Plants will be sent by recorded First Class Mail or Special Delivery, and will need to be signed for. The bearded and Siberian varieties will be sent from the beginning of August, and the spurias from the beginning of October. Despatch will be on a "first come, first served" basis, continuing until completed. It may be necessary to send a part shipment, at which time you will be advised of outstanding varieties to follow. Should you have specific delivery requirements, (e.g. holidays or for plants to be left with neighbours) please state them on your order form, and we will do our utmost to work round them. If you are not satisfied with any of the plants sent, please advise us within 7 days, and we will try to rectify the situation.
